Service Description
A typical Wildlife Display includes 1-3 tables with information sheets and display enclosures containing animals, reptile themed decor and touch pools/ground level enclosures for everyone to get up close and personal with our amazing animals. Multiple staff members holding various animals wander the site for photo oppourtunities and handling experiences. Our specially trained staff are skilled in facilitating positive interactions with even the most fearful of children and adults, making this service perfect for large public events, or early learning centres with young children, where not everyone is reptile-minded. Our Wildlife Display service can cater to either a 3x3m site, or a 6x3m site depending on the space and expected turnout of your event. We charge $200 per hour, with discounts offered for long days and repeat bookings. Travel of up to 20 minutes from our base is included in your booking. For travel beyond this, a travel fee of $50 per hour (or part thereof) will apply. All bookings require a minimum of 1 hour. Please note that an additional 45 minutes is needed for our team to set up and pack down. This time is separate from your booked session. For larger bookings or events that require extra support, additional staff fees may apply. We’ll always chat with you about this beforehand so there are no surprises. Cancellation Policy
Sometimes things don’t go quite as planned, so here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds: If an event has to be cancelled due to something outside of our control, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If we need to cancel for any other reason, you’ll receive a full refund of what you’ve paid. We may occasionally need to adjust the line-up, date, or time of a show, but we’ll always get in touch with you to talk through the options. If you need to reschedule, just let us know — we’re happy to find a new date and time that works, and there’s no extra charge for this. If you need to cancel your booking: Up to 4 days before the event: 75% refund Within 4 days of the event: 50% refund Within 24 hours of the event: no refund, but we’ll do our best to reschedule where possible If you’re facing unusual circumstances and feel a refund outside these terms may apply, please get in touch and we’ll be glad to chat.
