1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Wandering Wildlife Displays website and services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Service Provision
Wandering Wildlife Displays provides static wildlife displays for markets, private events, and schools in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. Our services focus on education, conservation, and animal rescue. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings and Payments
Bookings must be made with accurate event details. Payment is required in advance to secure your booking. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Refunds and rescheduling are subject to our Cancellations Policy, as listed on the website.

4. Liability
Wandering Wildlife Displays takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety during displays. However, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services. By booking, you agree to indemnify us against any claims related to your event.

5. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, and logos, is owned by Wandering Wildlife Displays. No content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

6. Conduct
Clients and guests must treat all animals and staff with respect. Any mistreatment or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the display without refund.

7. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. For questions, please contact us.

Booking Terms and Conditions

All bookings require a minimum of 1 hour.
Please note that an additional 45 minutes is needed for our team to set up and pack down. This time is separate from your booked session.
Travel of up to 20 minutes from our base is included in your booking. For travel beyond this, a travel fee of $50 per hour (or part thereof) will apply.
For larger bookings or events that require extra support, additional staff fees may apply. We’ll always chat with you about this beforehand so there are no surprises.
