Refund Policy - the basics

Sometimes things don’t go quite as planned, so here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:
If an event has to be cancelled due to something outside of our control, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If we need to cancel for any other reason, you’ll receive a full refund of what you’ve paid.

We may occasionally need to adjust the line-up, date, or time of a show, but we’ll always get in touch with you to talk through the options.
If you need to reschedule, just let us know — we’re happy to find a new date and time that works, and there’s no extra charge for this.

If you need to cancel your booking:
Up to 4 days before the event: 75% refund
Within 4 days of the event: 50% refund
Within 24 hours of the event: no refund, but we’ll do our best to reschedule where possible
