Service Description
Wandering Wildlife offers school incursions for just about all year levels and learning styles, boasting a team of staff who have completed WWC's and experience in learning enviroments. For younger children(Prep to Year 4) we offer an engaging learning experiece, having children sit in a circle with our educator to take turns having a close look at our scaly friends and speak a bit about their adaptations and how they fit into our landscape. Years 5 and up recieve a 'stand up and talk' style experience, which can be catered to your specific classes units of learning and level of comprehension. While there will be oppourtunities to pet and get up close and personal with our wonderful reptiles, for everyones safety we have a strict 'No Handling' Policy for school based events.
Cancellation Policy
Sometimes things don’t go quite as planned, so here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds: If an event has to be cancelled due to something outside of our control, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If we need to cancel for any other reason, you’ll receive a full refund of what you’ve paid. We may occasionally need to adjust the line-up, date, or time of a show, but we’ll always get in touch with you to talk through the options. If you need to reschedule, just let us know — we’re happy to find a new date and time that works, and there’s no extra charge for this. If you need to cancel your booking: Up to 4 days before the event: 75% refund Within 4 days of the event: 50% refund Within 24 hours of the event: no refund, but we’ll do our best to reschedule where possible If you’re facing unusual circumstances and feel a refund outside these terms may apply, please get in touch and we’ll be glad to chat.
